I lived there for a year, and i was so happy there. Then management changed i guess, because shaleen was no longer there. The new girl Ana, sucks. all she does is sit in the club house with her boyfriend (which would not have bothered me), if when i moved out they tried to take my security deposit for something i did not do. And the ceiling is very thin.when the new neighbors moved in, you could hear them having sex upstairs. I have a child, how do you explain those sounds when they are not old enough/ready for that talk' imean they were LOUD.You could hear every detail like a PORNO. And i knew the ceiling is the cause because you could hear every footstep when they walked. There was the bigeest draft from the patio door...actually a draft in every room. The parking lot is so small. on days that i got home late i had to park around the corner and walk. Yet, the car ports were empty b/c they are too expensive(p.s. you dont get one with your apartment). And if you bought one, there is no guarentee it will be right in front, i tried getting one and the closes avail was far. which meant i would be right back at square one WALKING home. Then, if you think about it, the price is ridiculous considering you must pay water, electric, heat, and TRASH PICKUP. come on! when my lease was up i was so excited! did i mention they have NO Fitness' probably a good thing because we would probably have to pay for that electric too! lastly, you don't pay for the amount of water you use individually. it goes by the entire building and split it up. so if you take many fast showers and your neighbor takes full baths, you are paying more for water than you would if you had your own water heater. So since, you shared hot water tanks sometimes you would not have hot water too! If they got another nice competent new manager and i bigger parking lot, made a fitness, paid for water and trash pick-up like Normal apartments, and thickened the ceiling. i would definitely move back.. well mayve not, i need a washer and dryer too!
