Since the "new" owner, I've noticed Woodfield starting to plummit in it's quality. The manager will lie to you to your face and give a "fake" smile. The maintenance man is overworked. They seem to think it would be cheaper and more convienient to have him doing jobs that someone else should really be doing, such as tree removal. Just recently have they hired in a landscaping company that actually does a decent job. The ones before would drive the lawn mowers so fast all it did was push the grass down and when they did cut the grass, it would get blown on to our patios and left there. They talk poorly about previous tenants (which I believe is illegal) and catch an attitude when you put in a maintenance request. And the snow removal in the winter is minimal at best. I don't know how many times I have almost slid into someone else's car while backing out because the snow is so packed down and iced over. Snow should be removed every other day, not once every 2 weeks. This will be my LAST year here.
