It's okay. We've had some maintenance problems that have taken a long time for them to deal with (a month or longer), but staff is friendly and courteous when we need to talk to them. The noise level of living next to the highway is pretty high, and we do not like that. Neighbors keep to themselves most of the time and are usually quiet. Overall, not too bad, but I wouldn't do it again.
