Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
when we first moved in to country knoll we loved it but when they sold to a new company ( Big Rock Management) it was absolutly aweful. The maintenance takes a couple weeks to come and fix things, the office staff is very rude and hardly ever in the office.They seem to always leave early around the time rent is due and then it looks like you were late paying it. When you move out you even have to fight with them to get them to mail your deposit out. 2 months later and we are still waiting for ours. It was a very quiet and safe place to live but would not recommend it because of poor management.
