My husband and I have lived here for several years. Unfortunately due to financial circumstances we've been stuck here and not able to move out. Here's what's wrong with this place:

1. Our maintence guy is clueless. He takes forver to get to our problems and isn't much help when he does finally get here. I don't understand why they pay this guy to be a do-it-all guy when he can't do jack-crap.

2. Our apartment has never been updated and remodeled. Our neighbors have new kitchens and bathrooms an carpet and such but since we've lived here so long they never bothered to update ours.

3. There is NEVER enough parking. If you get here past 11PM at night we have to park at the next building over. They have assigned carports but you have to pay extra for them which is royally stupid.

4. Since we've lived here we've seen so many people moving in and out. Most of our neighbors are in their young 20's and they are loud and abnoxious. In the past 6 months I've had to call the police for excess noise and violence in the hallways over TEN TIMES. (Several of which led to them being arrested for drugs or being drunk, ect...)

I do not recommend living here at all. It is hell on earth.
