AWFUL. Need I say more? - There is nothing good about this place, minus the proximity to businesses. Cozy Place to Live I was very happy with my time at Country Knoll. It's fairly quiet and small. There is always parking available and the office staff is friendly.

You get what you pay for. I've lived here for almost a half year, I split rent and utilities with my friend. Our electric bill is ungodly high every month, not normal high, like there is an electrical problem or something in our unit but our gas bill is never more than $20.

That place is a dump I lived by myself at the country knoll apartments back in 2006, and it was horrible. The rent was overpriced, and the neighbors were loud and partied all the time. i am in my 20's and kept to myself the whole time i lived there, didnt say a word to anybody there

sucks!!!!! when we first moved in to country knoll we loved it but when they sold to a new company ( Big Rock Management) it was absolutly aweful. The maintenance takes a couple weeks to come and fix things, the office staff is very rude and hardly ever in the office.They seem to always leave early
