Cozy Place to Live I was very happy with my time at Country Knoll. It's fairly quiet and small. There is always parking available and the office staff is friendly.

They were not great. It´s okay. We´ve had some maintenance problems that have taken a long time for them to deal with (a month or longer), but staff is friendly and courteous when we need to talk to them. The noise level of living next to the highway is pretty high, and we do not like

sucks!!!!! when we first moved in to country knoll we loved it but when they sold to a new company ( Big Rock Management) it was absolutly aweful. The maintenance takes a couple weeks to come and fix things, the office staff is very rude and hardly ever in the office.They seem to always leave early
