I think that Management needs to stop bashing the resident that was unhappy. Maybe that is the reason why they didn't come to you with the issues. Take yourselves OFF of your pedestal and address the concerns of your tenants. Rick can be VERY arrogant and rude. I can see why he would be unapproachable. I have very serious issues of my own that I will address on line once I am gone. None of them are a secret to management, but they are too arrogant to realize that they are ISSUES!!
