Overall the one bedroom apartments are really nice. Tons of storage space both inside and out (under the stairs on the ground floor, on the patio and the utility room in addition to the walk in closet, linen closet and big dinining room closet). Huge, fenced, private patios are a nice addition. The kitchen is your typical apartment kitchen but with the added bonus of a utility room attached to it big enough for a full size washer and dryer and shelving units for storage. Office staff is really helpful and maintenance staff are top notch. Any problems I have had have been addressed immediately.
