I lived in a two-bedroom for the past year and it was a great experience. The rent was cheap, the neighbors were normal (for the most part), and the staff was helpful. Aside from a few minor carpet stains, the apartment itself was in great condition. The AC and heat worked fine, there was always hot water available, and the noise from the neighbors was minimal. Parking was just OK; during busy times I had to park a building or two away. The rent went up when I moved out. From $660/month to $710/month for a two-bed. Still a pretty good deal for a nice place.
