I lived here for a full year (June-03 to June-04). It was great! The staff is absolutely wonderful, and there was a ton of room. The closets and cabinets were big, the utility room was big, and nothing beats having your own washer and dryer in the apartment. The balcony was huge, and I always had peace and quiet. I never had any issues with maintenance or building problems. And I felt safe 100% of the time. If the security gates were open, it's because some schmuck rammed them with their car. I heard several times that management had people out to fix them. Anyway, if you're looking for an apartment in that particular area, you get a lot for the rent. I spent a lot of time looking at the other complexes, and none of them compared. I never had any "neighbor" or noise issues, and often the apartment below me was empty. The only negatives is that parking is tight. And if you want a carport, you have to rent one on a first come, first serve basis.
