This past year these apts seem to be going downhill. When we moved in several years ago we really enjoyed our stay but lately have noticed that things are not quite what they used to be. The good pts. The managment and staff are very nice, they are always helpful. You also have a big deck or patio area.

The bad: This year the pool is closed down, the grass always seems to be long, the gates are never working and you only get 1 passcard for the front gate so if you have more than one person living in your apt your stuck going around to the punch code on other side of building. Also if you are too close to the key code when the other side of the gate opens your car will get hit. We've seen many cars hit but the management blames it on you (if your not that close however you can't reach the box). My new car now has a big scratch down the side of it. The gates are more of a hassle than a securtiy feature. Really anyone can get in if they just wait for someone else to come in the gate.
Apartments are not well insulated. Our neighbors smoke like chimneys and it makes our apt smell like a bar. Their cigarette and marijuana smokes seeps into everything we own. Maintenence are always a few days behind from when they say they'll be there because there's always an "emergency." Then when you try and call the office to find out whats going on you get voicemail everytime. Very frustrating.

They've also added on extra charges recently like the water bill which they used to pay for but now it is basically split between all residents so if your neighbor runs water like niagara falls and you hardly ever turn it on you'll still get charged based on how much everyone else uses the water.
