Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I have been living in this complex since November 2006, and it isn't good at all.They only have on central utility meter for the whole buliding your apartment is located in, that means no matter how much water or gas you use, you and you neighbors pay for the whole building's usage.Then to add to that they are very tardy when it comes to repairs, but yet they want their rent "ON TIME". I would advise you stay away from this complex.
