Been here for almost 2 years and I have seen this complex go through 3 or 4 management companies. I have been trying to get a new front door for over a year because there's draft coming in all around the door. The maintenance people from one of the other management companies started fixing the falling ceiling in my kitchen and never finished, now the light no longer works. It's not even plowed well at all in the winter! Last year they shut down the pool early so the kids had really nothing to do! On top of all of that, you can hear everything through the walls of your unit. It seems nobody except for a few residents cares about the complex (keeping it neat and clean). All of this, but they WANT their rent on time!! I wish I knew all of this before I moved there. I never would've signed a lease.
