Our lease will be up in the fall, but not soon enough! We got our door kicked in thanksgiving night and MANY things stolen!! Nothing was done or said, no fliers to warn residents, nothing! (They sure were on the ball about the flyers for the door decoration contest though)5 more break-ins happened around that time. The door wasn't replaced in a timely manner either. So, in the dead of winter we froze with the nasty draft comming through! This place is a joke, it's dirty,(urinating men by the dumpsters)it's falling apart, LOUD music, the parking lots are riddled with potholes and they never sweep them so you end up getting a flat, and the staff stinks! Very unsafe place to live. If I had the money I'd break the lease in a heartbeat just like most neighbors already have!!
