If you like Rats, Roaches, gun fights ,fights,Drug dealing, Loud Noise late at night, Pouring Rain coming through your living room ( Leaky Roof acutually Falling in),Water taste contaminated probably for super old pipes. THE MANAGMENT STAFF IS INCOMPETENT AND THE OWNER IS DEFINITELY A SLUM LORD. DO NOT MOVE HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE DAUGHTERS CREEPS EVERYWHERE ANYONE CAN MOVE IN. They dont do backgroud checks .BAD thing is you are still paying the same amount of rent you would in a much nicer place/area.. OH Yea and you might as well forget using the tiny laundry room where you would not want to even bring your dirty laundry bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I agree with this person,you also don't want to work for this company either. THEY ARE VERY RACIST AND TREAT THERE WORKERS LIKE ----.SAYING IT'S GHETTO IS BEING NICE.People have been robbed on their move in day. Saying that management is incompetent is an understatement.If you push the windows aside you can break in to any apartment.

I AGREE WITH THESE PEOPL TO CAUSE I LIVE RIGHT NEXT TO THESE APTS. AND I HERE GUNSHOTS EVERY WEEKEND AND THEIR POOL IS VERY DIRTY..THEY LET STRANGERS GO IN THERE ESPECIALLY THIS BOY NAMED LEXUS WHOS BOOTY STINKS!! THATS DISGUSTING
