There have been some robberies and they fail to tell you what is going on. When You go to move out they basically interogate you. Not a safe place to be.. The carpet is peeling away from the wood floor.. they did a very messy paint job and there is paint all over the windows which they fail to fix. There are bugs galore no matter what you do. There are holes in the wall and the dryer door does not open all the way.. all this they fail to show you in the model.. the model has nothing to do with the real apartment that you will be moving in to.

First of all let me start by sayingIt is not Turtle Creeks fault that you are such an unhappy and miserible person. When they showed me my unit the also showed me a model,I asked to see an actual unit. They happily did so and of course it looked diffrent but they also offered to furnish my unit for me,to get it as close to the model as possible if I wanted I agreed i was charged a premium but I am very happy with the results they went out of thier way to make me happy. The units are very nice they have new wood cabinets and wood floors and look very close to model minus the paint and furniture. as far as the so called robberies no body can control someone elses actions however any problems I have had here have been handled very well and I am under the impression that Nina has a Zero Tolerance Policy for ignorance, and if you have or had any questions you should have asked, I'm sure you would have got an honest answer. Oh Then again you might not have had the pleasure of having her for a manager.
