Shoot out at Apartment

Guys,
I suggest not to sign lease with this apartment. I am just repenting by signing a lease for one year. There was a shoot out very recently. Lot of night activities. Knocking your door by your neighbor at mid night is very common. If you complain about this to Leasing consultants, no action will be taken. You have to go through the disturbing nights again and again. Management is worst here.
