Over all its a nice place.

I've never had any problem with noise; the staff was always nice; when I requested something to be fixed, it was done very promptly; the price was nice;

The clubhouse is very nice. The Auburn Hills Police are very responsive: I've seen them drive through and look around if someone called about strangers wandering around.

The only thing I didn't like was getting out of my lease. If you sign for a year lease, you better be sure you're staying that long. I was relocated with my job and to get out of the lease would cost more than keeping it and paying for it until the end (5 more months).
