Unfortunately the conditions of this apartment complex continue to "go down the tubes." I have lived here for going on two years and have had several things go wrong with my apartment that have not been fixed after several notices. The noise level between neighbors is just awful. The windows are of poor quality giving me a $60 electric bill during the winter due to the poor insulation (for a 700 sq. ft. apartment' give me a break!).



On the up side, the clubhouse is great with decent gym facilities and a great racquetball court. You can also rent the clubhouse, which is a great feature as it is so nice. But, the pool is always crowded and is never clean. The grounds are not kept up. Do NOT be fooled by the wonderfully landscaped entrance with the water fountain. Drive around the complex before you sign a lease! And make sure you go back a few times to see what kind of neighbors you will have.



ALSO NOTE: This is a Pontiac apartment, not Auburn Hills. The office also fails to tell you that you will have to pay Pontiac City taxes, which are 1% of your salary!!!



Needless to say, we are moving at the end of our lease.
