To begin, I have never lived at this apartment but was scheduled to. The woman who rented me the place showed me the model and when I expressedI didn't like the carpet or the cabinets told they were being replaced anyway. Two months later when I go to move in not only was there no new cabinet or carpet. My unit wasn't even ready! I was moving from Florida to MI so imagine who stressed I was. For three days there wasn't anyone who knew anything that could help (I was staying in a hotel all this time ) and no one would return my calls. In their defense, the woman who rented me the place was fired for making false promises to tentants but they were not accomodating to me in my situation. Lastly, they showed me a unit that I could have and it was GROSS! It was old, the walls beat up, the common area was dirty and smelled stale. There was on washer and dryer for six tenants, and the blinds were falling off. I was not happy with the potential service so I hightailed out of there. I suggest to anyone in the future DON'T LOOK AT THE MODEL. It just isn't the same.
