Decent apartments but many many issues

Although the apartment complex looks decent, peaceful and quiet,it is not. In one month, my vehicle was broken into several times and my apartment was broken into several times all in the same month of July. Someone was shot in braod daylight.
The management has towed my vehicle three times because it had a flat tire, which costs me $75 or more per occurence. The trash bins are always full. Upon entering, the gate doesn't always work properly and causes traffic back-ups at the street entrance.
Unfortunately, I renewed my lease prior to my apartment and vehicle being broken into. I complained to management and requested a change. They made me pay $400 to change apartments and there was no added security measures to insure or investigate the break-ins. On top of that, my rent went from $515 - $570 because I changed apartments when they did not have a special going on. To me that is added insult to injury.
I have taken so many losses living in this apartment complex.
