I moved into the aprartment complext in September 2005. During the time that I've been here I haven't have any major problems. Yes, the parking is tight and sometimes you have to walk a distance to get to your apartment. Whats bad about that is that it is always at night and the parking lot is not lit up, which can be scary especially for a female. I have had maintance problems but the maintance staff have been wonderful to me! I've never had to wait more than a day to get something fixed. I really like me apartment. My one bedroom apt is huge and spacious. I have a pretty bad view though. I get to watch people everyday go dumpster diving at the store accross the street. But I guess that goes with the city that I chose to live in. I would actually love to stay here for another year but the apt complex wants to raise my rent $115/month and that is just too much! One warning about this place is the water bill. Their way of billing you is total crap! My bill has been as much at $45 for just me. I hate the fact that I'm paying for other people to use the water. Oh, another crap thing is that you are actually double charge for your water because you have to pay to do your laundry and you have to pay a water bill on top of that.
