Pros: Cheap. Fast maintenance, but the service is questionable. Military friendly.

Cons: No laundry machines in units, you'll pay a fortune to do your laundry. Front gate is always broken. Shady neighborhood. Walls are covered with about 10 layers of paint. ALL BATHROOMS ARE INFECTED WITH MOLD (When a tenant leaves, instead of cleaning the shower the correct way, they just cauk over the old mold, which permanantly embeds your shower with mold. Don't believe me' You'll see if you rent here.) Several large pot holes in cement. Free heat, but besides during the summer months my apartment has never been warmer than 62 degrees. Repair man has "fixed" the problem 3 times already. If you live here and are reading this, just turn your stove on to heat your apartment. It works great, and since gas is free- don't worry about it. Oh, and last but not least- none of the apartments have patios or balconys so just throw out the idea of having a grill during the summer months. Oops, almost left out another important aspect; enjoy listening to your neighbors having sex above and below you. It will make your wife/girlfriend really self-concious when you have sex as well.

Summary: Don't be fooled by the nice clubhouse. These apartments suck. There is a reason why you are only paying $595 per month. Do your homework.
