The walls are thin so if your neighbor has a small child or a hearing problem and likes to keep the TV loud your going to hear everything. Plus is someone burns their food on the oven you can smell it in the common hallway. The windows are prone to mold build up too and they make you pay a huge deposit to use the clubhouse.
