I had a lousy tenure here, my building had everything from loud obnoxious pot smoking neighbors (I'm talking alot of pot) to a family of 4 living above me in a one bedroom apartment. One neighbor had 2 large aggressive dogs and to my knowledge was never asked to remove them. And if your neighbors cook alot you smell every whiff of it. Especially if they are cooking ethnic foods. The complex in itself is well maintained, however with surrounding neighborhoods featuring "Pontiac" residents you never knew if your car would be the way you left it the night before. I had several break ins, so did my neighbor. At one point including myself and 2 neighbors were all unhappy and eventually we all moved out. The interior of the apt was excellent, the appliances are about an 8 on a 10 scale. Common areas were sometimes overly dirty for example the laundry room(at least in my building). Staff was always friendly and eager to help, however there were 3 different property managers during my stay, which made things difficult to deal with, especially with all the problems I incurred. In my opinion there are better options near that same area. I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
