i understand that with a new company comes a lapse in communication but this is ridiculous. i dont really know who the new managers are but this is getting a bit out of hand. i've had outstanding maintenance issue now for over a week that i have gotten zero response to after several phone calls. if this is what i can expect, when my lease is over im out of here.

Yes, the fence around the community looks nice, but the gates at the front of the community are rarely working. And even if they do work, most people drive through the exit in order to get in. The property manager is aware of this and they are doing everything they can to stop it. You shouldn't lie and tell people that they work 100% of the time because they don't. Which is not necessarily a bad thing, but be realistic. Sometimes they don't work and even when they do some people do not use them correctly but it is still nice to have.
