I am a female oakland university student living at the Village Park of Auburn Hills. I have been living here for two years and have to say that throughout the two years I have noticed a significant change at the property. The current staff seems to really care about the residents and are extremely concerned with resident needs. Recently I had a problem with my shower draining. Maintenace was quick to fix the problem. I've lived in numerous apartment complexes and rarely do they show up as quick as the crew here. Shower draining isn't usually top priority to maintenance. I think that thfence is a great addition to the community. I have never really been afraid here. All the incidents that everyone complains about seem to be between related parties. However the addition of the fence adds to my sense of security. I also like that security officers drive around at night and ensure our safety. The grounds are beautiful and the clubhouse has lots of nice amentities. I definitely recommend this place for students! P.S. There are lots of hot guys including the property manager!!! sounds like things are good there - i wish i didn't have to graduate and move into the current hellhole im in. the kind of crap you have to put up with at some complexes is amazing. p.s. the property manager IS hot!
