Ive lived in these apartments for about 2 years now and I really like it here.

The apartments are HUGE (way bigger than any other ones around) and our heat is free! Plus everything is new even the appliances and it is really quiet.

I was concerned about moving to Pontiac because of crime but it seems like its not even in Pontiac because nothing out of the ordinary happens here.

The only complaint I have is parking gets a little crowded sometimes but not any worse than at other places.

The women in the office are really nice.

They hired new people like a year or so ago and since then its really improved.

Maybe the people who wrote bad things lived here when there was a different staff I don't know.

But I really like it and would recommend it because you save a lot of money and still have a nice apartment.
