I moved in last month and it's like renting a house. Thats good and bad...My own driveway and porch is nice, no kids upstairs in some other apartment to jump up and down is nice, but the gas is expensive because of the windows.

The subdivision is fairly quiet and my apartment is big. The maintenance guys seem pretty responsive so far too.

Overall I would recommend Woodcrest if you want a house as opposed to an apartment
