There are a few tenants that a pretty annoying, people with lots of company or the ones that have parties... I never had anything that I couldn't handle myself. If your neighbor is too loud, go ask them to be quiet! It worked for me.

I had a quick response from Maintenance, the only problem I remember having, was a leak in the ceiling in my laundry room. The over-flow line from the ac unit upstairs wasn't positioned over the drain, so he went upstairs and moved it, and I never had a problem again.

Storage was okay, not lots of it though. I thought the grounds were well kept. And the staff was always nice to me.

My move out went well, it took a month to get my deposits back- which is normal with most management companies. I even had a dog for 2 years, and got my pet deposit back and all of my security deposit minus 30 bucks for 1 set of mini-blinds that had a cracked slat. :) I was happy living there, and never had a problem. I'd still be there if I didn't move to a home, and eventually another state!
