I have been here at Briargate for almost 5 years and I have really enjoyed it. The apartments are really spacious and have been kept in good condition considering the age of the property, (30 yrs.) The location is great its close to everything shopping centers, gyms, I-94, 131, post office, banks and its not to close or too far away from the University. Briargate is a small but very quiet community. The staff is maint. is helpfull and the new manager is very helpfull and nice and she is always understanding to our wants and needs. I think if you're looking for a small quiet and nice apartment community move to Briargate.
