These appartments are very nice. I have lived in quite a few appartments in Portage and I like it here because it is a smaller complex and the office manager and maintenence supervisor are wonderful. So friendly and helpful. They are quick to respond to problems and go above and beyond to make things right. Close to Westnedge ave. makes it the perfect location. There are tennis courts and a swimming pool. The people that live here are very respectful of everyone else and is quite most of the time. I must add that the plants and flowers in the spring and summer months are absolutly beautiful! The apartments themselves are also great. The master bedrooms are very large and have the hugest walk-in closets. Great for all those women with large wardrobes like me. Some of the walk-ins have a half bath in them. The appartments with fire places are wonderful. They burn real wood, no gas ones. NICE! Central air, security doors, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and many more things make this place a must-see!
