These apartments are not worth what they charge and the maintenance is horrible. I had bugs in my apartment from the time I moved in until I moved. Everytime I called about it, they sent Dan over to spray. The appliances are cheap. The people in the office could care less. They aren't there long enough to care what happens. When I moved out, I cleaned the entire apartment even though it wasn't dirty in the first place. I lived alone (with my dog) so there was no one there to mess it up, but when it came time to get my deposit back, they told me that they had to replace carpet because it was stained by my dog, which is entirely untrue. When I got what was left of my deposit the paperwork said they had to replace the carpet because it smelled like a dog. You have to pay a carpet cleaning fee when you move in, wonder what happened to it. The neighbors are loud and a lot of college age kids that party all night. I would never recommend this complex to anyone. I paid $764.00 a month until my lease was up (and I paid the entire lease when I moved it). They sent me a letter telling me my lease was going to expire the end of February and they were raising the rent to $962.00 per month.

For that price you can pretty much goto Drake's Pond. Save the money there are plenty of quality places in the Kzoo area.
