If you desire, VERY NOISY neighbors with loud music, having 10-15 people crowded on a shared porch grilling and drinking at all hours of the day and night and on a weekend you would enjoy driving around looking for a parking space because your neighbors have so many guests...then the Crossings is your place!!! Kids screaming constantly, motorized scooters being driven on the sidewalk in between buildings, the scooters are being driven by adults!!!! Do not waste your time here. It is turning into a college frat house and a haven for low income. And now that they have starting allowing pets, that adds to the fun of trying to dodge the "bombs" being dropped in the yard and never cleaned up!!!!
