I went to the Crossings to inquire about an apartment and was treated with the upmost professionalism I have ever encountered. The apartments are clean with new carpet after every moveout and new paint is added at the same time. There is professional pool staff watching the pool and what appeared to me to be an able and expierienced maintainance staff. I have a stackable washer and dryer. All the amenities make this a true joy to live in.

Must be an employee. This has been a terrible place for a long time. Don't let the nice exterior fool you. Word around Kzoo is that the owner is under suspicion for positioning himself for bankruptcy. You can't expect much from a company that is in the process of doing that.

I agree, must have been an employee trying to boost their ratings. I lived there for two years and the carpet in my apartment wasn't new, in fact I believe that is why I had to pay a $50 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee. I seriously doubt the entire apartment is repainted, most likely it's just touched up - that's what mine looked like when I moved in anyway. Professional pool staff? Are you kidding me? Half the time it's just the women in the office who by the way are not out by the pool during "office hours." The other half, it's just a resident baby-sitting.

The carpets weren't new but when i moved in i told them they were dirty and they came out to clean them the next day. As for painting, none of my walls were dirty or looked like they needed to be re-painted so if they didn't paint them after the last tenant then that was fine. And no, there was never a professional pool staff around unless the maintenance people were experts...the pool was never dirty though.
