I lived in Greenspire for 1.5 years. I thought the apartments were in fairly good condition and the staff was extremely friendly. The other residents were generally very quiet and I never had a problem with parking.
It's inside of a forest preserve, although it doesn't seem like anyone takes advantage of it.
My only complaint about the place would be that there is a lack of sunlight for the apartments and my apartment had a lot of bugs running around inside of it. My apartment was on the ground floor, so maybe that was the problem. Others I talked with never had any problems with bugs or spiders.
