I have lived here for almost 6 months, and still do. The apartments are large and spacious, the closets are wonderful, and even the bathrooms are big. However, I have one of the 12 apartments that have an extended loft that makes the kitchen a lot larger and the second living room larger, as well as the first floor bathroom. I don't like bugs, and I have had problems with ants a bit, and wasps were horrible. I got stung in my first month due to my own stupidity when I grabbed my shoe without looking at it first. Dont put shoes by the outside door or window, wasps with go to them, esp. if they are wet from being washed. Besides that things here are nice. Other occupants don't make too much noise and barely ever talk to one another. If you are looking for a place to hang with your neighbors this is not the place. Parking can be a pain, I recommend getting a carport, just so you can park in front or behind your building. People who have carports, don't always park in them, and you can be on teh outskirts of the parking lot. There are nature trails and tennis courts and a pool. The tennis courts aren't kept up very well, one doesn't have a net anymore, and the rally walls are horrible in size. The pool isn't heated and although staff is nice, they tend to have the "out showing an apartment" sign up a lot. A lot of young couples have moved in, I wouldn't recommend an elder person or couple to come here. Jr high and high school boys that do use the pool like to make cannon balls and laugh when you get mad because you got yet. There are community connests for best patio/balcony in Spring and the flowers and landscaping are always very nice. If you just want a big apartment, this place is great and cheaper than Lake Forest.
