I used to live at Walnut Trail Apts and moved to Greenspire in June. They had a deal running if you rented any of the lofts (two bedrooms, fairly large) and signed a 14 month lease that it took my total down to $600 with cable included. This was the same as I was paying for a tiny-a$$ apt at Walnut Trail. One of the few places to have no cat rent ($500 cat deposit, which you get back if all is well.) The nieghbors that I have met seem really nice...haven't run into most of them though. All and all, everyone who I have brought to the apt. has loved it. Great land, very quite yet close enough to I-94 and 131 to make it quick to get out of town. My girlfriend and I have been looking for a nice place in the Portage area and we have finally found one. Highly recommended but please don't move in if you have kids ;)
