I am ending my term here after living here for two years, and I liked it here. It's quiet and I really didn't have that many problems. Maintenance fixed things that needed fixing in a timely fashion. But then again, I really didn't have that many maintenance problems. I think that manager, Sandy, is nice, at least to me, and she was very accomodating. I would definitely recommend living here if you're looking for peace and quiet, but don't live on the second floor. Flooring is quite thin and I could hear the people upstairs move around the apartment.
