I have lived in Greenspire for three years and love it here. I am moving at the end of this month ONLY because I want to have a dog and they do not allow them here. I would stay here if that wasn't the case. The apartments are very nice and very well maintained. They clean and vacuum the "community" halls every month. You have a buzzer to be let in the main hall and then your door of course is padlocked. The maintenance crew notify you when they need to come into your apartment well in advance and if you do not want them in there when you are not home then you can schedule an appointment for them to do what they need to do. This is basically just changing the air filter in the heater unless you screw up your appliances. I have never had a problem with neighbors or security. I have felt very safe for my person as well as my car and any property. If you have read other reviews on this then you would see that a lot of them say the manager Sandy is "mean, rude, not friendly", these people must be socially retarded because she is a very nice person and not difficult to deal with at all. They have just remodeled the clubhouse as well as the pool area and added a fitness room with a free tanner. All of these were expertly done. Overall this place is a great location, has very nice property to look at outside the front and back of the apartments, and is a great place to live...if you don't want a dog.
