I have lived here for 6 months now and I love it. My electric bills this summer were around 15.00 per month. I rarely had to use my a/c at all (partly the cool summer and partly the shade and trees). Whenever i need something fixed, it is taken care of the next day. The pool, fitness center, and clubhouse have all been updated and renovated. The views are excellent from many of the apt's, mine looks out into woods and wildlife. The walking trails are fantastic. The lake that you have access to (free fishing boats to use) is absolutely beautiful. The only complaint I can speak of is that there are no washer/dryers in the apt or hook ups for them and you have to use the public ones in each building. Overall, this is Kalamazoo/Portage's best kept secret in apartment living. I never thought i would be living in an apt again, and ive found that i can tolerate it in a place like this. The management are all very friendly and accomodating. 2 thumbs up!!!
