Don't move here

I have lived her for almost a year and I can't wait to move. I have a man that yells outside, very vulgar words, and I have other neighbors who have constant guests, drugs' I don't know. I have called the office many times to speak with the manager and have not heard back yet. The maintenance is good, they came right away when I needed them. Right now I am listening to my air conditioner rattle so I have to call them yet again and I just had inspection two days ago.
I guess I am really bummed because I know there are people here that can afford their rent but still steal money from the goverment. I consider them the lazy people of this state that refuse to get a job!!! There is a reason why they are fat and ugly.
Almost every night there is some car that wants to play their music incredibly loud. It is almost like they are bragging and it is quite a sad sight. I have been call the "b" word just walking up to my apartment. Again- losers that don't have anything better to do but stand around and blare their music.
So in conclusion.....stay away until the management get a clue and really start to clean this place up, garbage and the people.

what do you expect? it's a lower-income community. what management SHOULD do is sort of "divide" the complex, and place people respectively.
for example..students..older adults..families..
i'm sorry for your bad experiences.

Having been in property management myself for many years, this is just an FYI..you cannot place people specifically in areas of your property, it is against the law. The Fair Housing Law to be exact. It is the sole responsibility of the mgmt team to enforce the rules and consequences of breaking those rules, in order to keep the property a peaceful place for all residents. My advice would be to contact those in Upper managment (not site) to continue the complaints, via certified (return receipt requested) mail. This way they have to sign and you have proof that they have received it. You will probably receive a much faster response and hopefully some progress can begin to be made on your complaint. If you can, call the police when you encounter loud music, parties, drug activity, ect., this will help the mgmt team document any/all property rule violations and have proof of this exact resident who is in violation. This in turn, can lead to the eviction process, without the mgmt team being afraid of law suits from the evicted residents. I know it is hard to live with or near obnoxious and down right rude people, and my sympathies go out to you. My best wishes for a happy and peaceful home!

I lived there 4 a year and a half, and got written up 4 th smallest things like placing my trash outside the door until I left 2 take it 2 the dumpster. The first day I moved in I got written up 4 having a "pit bull," which was a lie. At the time I had a new born baby, and EVERYONE that knows me knows I TOTALLY FREAKIN HATE ANIMALS. ESPECIALLY DOGS! I could keep going on about how jacked up Milham Meadows is, but it would be a novel. To sum it up, the people they are suppose to be helping, they mess with and put out, but the low life trash that I agree are too lazy to do something with their lives is who the management make their best friends! I know PLENTY of people who have had the same issue, and it would be trouble if we all got together and really went to the right people!
