I've stayed in a two bedroom townhome for 3 years and it has been a good experience.

Complaints
Small basement, no upstairs A/C, no second bathroom, and no dishwasher.

Advantages
I can't hear my neighbors often. The backyard patio that leads to the playground is nice for the children. Most neighborhood kids are okay...but keep an eye on them and your childs interaction with them. I stay in a non-subsidized unit and it is a great deal for the size.

i was also in a two bedroom townhome for a year or so. i had NO BASEMENT! well,maybe a "storage area" for a few misc. items and my washer and dryer. irregardless of that,it was a pleasant enough experience. generally nice folks only a few oddballs..lol.. but no complaints on the apartment...i actually miss it...
