Let this be your last choice when looking for an apartment. The fixtures, cupboards, doors, counters are 40 years old (stickers on inside of cupboards show date). Repair men show up at inconvenient times (whenever you are NOT home), and then it takes them several trips to fix something (if they return at all). The parking is unreasonable, despite their threats of towing unregistered cars, I haven't been able to park my car in front of my building in over a year, there is no where to park! The area is filled with carports that no one uses because of inconvenient placement. Their annual 100% inspections (which happen every 4 months), they say they will enter your apartment anytime between 8am Mon. and 5pm Friday. That is whether you are home or not. No exact date or time given. These people are intrusive and inadequate.
