My fiance and I have lived at this complex for approx 7 months. This is not a luxury complex, but it is good value for the money. The office people listen and are helpful. I wish they were open longer hours though. I have never had a problem with maintainance people. They have always been polite, helpful and fix things promptly. I can't speak for all buildings, but mine is quiet, well maintained, with newer appliances. There is no central air, but the heat works very well. The complex is right on the bus route; very handy. I would recommend living here.
