I've live at pines west for half a year now and I'm already looking for another place. The walls are very thin, (I can tell when my neighbors are going to take a shower and dry there hair...etc) There is no closet space. I've had several repairs, which they are good about fixing, just seems like this places needs an uplift. Michelle seems like she cares a lot more than Carey. (in case you need to ask for questions, ask for Michelle)

OH MY GOSH!! Are you kidding me? I lived there for many years and although I didn't know Michelle very well, I can't imagine anyone caring more about Pines West than Carey did. prior to living there I had lived at many other apartments and never had I ever seen a manager do as much as she did. She planted the flowers, I would see her picking up trash and cleaning the parking lots. I even seen her cleaning laundry rooms. Anytime I ever had an issue, she was always very concerned and took care of my problems immediately. I bought a home and that's the only reason I left. As far as the "fees" that several people mentioned--Businesses have policies and because you were charged doesn't mean she made them up or is getting the proceeds. I received a charge list when I moved in and because she has a job to do when charges are necessary, you post negative reviews. Why not be mad at the management company that makes the rules? Because she follows them, that makes her a bad manager? All I know is that when I lived there it was quiet, it was clean, maintenance was taken care of very fast and I would highly reccomend it.
