I would have had an absolutely fabulous time if the neighbors below would have stopped beating their ceilings every time my cat ran through the hallways, and the time that we watched the Superbowl, or had visitors, or that time I stubbed my toe on the door. Horrible neighbors. The manager's solution to the nasty neighbors with multiple complaints (1 from me) was to let them ride out their lease - another 4 months. It was so nasty that I spent time at the library and at friends houses just to avoid the apartment.

Also, they did roof repairs causing water to pour into my room. It took two months of nagging to get that repaired.

Another highlight was watching the neighbor's 5 kids (daycare I think) run up the hood of their car and slide down the windshield. One was barely two and only wearing a diaper!

Absolutely horrible.
