I went to look at these apartments the other night. I met up with the owner of the place. All I can say is that after meeting him and the discriminatory comments that he made to me about the fact I had to many children- Would never rent there. Mind you I was looking at a three bedroom townhouse. I have placed a complaint with the the Federal Fair Housing board or HUD. I was not at all impressed. The guy even had the nerve to insinuate that I was a partier. The worst part of the whole situation is the guy never even produced an application to take with me or even as I walked into the apartment. He was however quick to point out that he would hate to have me have to move twice because my family was to loud. He quickly pointed out too that I would need to be respectful of the single people who lived there.

The townhouse you looked at is not actually a part of Pines West Apartments. The townhouses on the outskirts of the apartment complex are owned privately by the man you met. I live in the townhouses right now, but lived in one of the Pines West Apartments last year. The apartment managers there are very nice women. Disregard this review if you are considering Pines West Apartments and not the privately owned townhomes.

THANK YOU TO ANONYMOUS ABOVE. I AM WITH THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR PINES WEST APARTMENTS AND WANT TO MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR THAT PINES WEST DOES NOT EVEN HAVE TOWNHOMES AND THE OWNER DID NOT MEET WITH ANYONE. PLEASE DISREGARD HER COMPLAINT.
