I've lived at Pines West for a couple of years, as has my adult daughter. We find it very clean, quiet, and the office staff is very helpful. Yes, we do hear our upstairs neighbor walking sometimes, but hey, this is an apartment, not a house. We have never had any problems or know about any crime in our area. The parking lot is safe and well-lit. The complex is on top of any maintenance issues as well as groundskeeping. I've enjoyed living here.
