Villas is a very cheap place if that is what you need. Some tentants can be a little rough. The people across the hall dealt drugs and got raided at 2 am. And my balcony was a little wobby and seemed slightly unsafe. They also tried to charge me an extra months rent because they said they didn't get my notice that I was leaving at the end of my lease. Even though the cashed the rent check that I mailed in the same envelope. I didn't have any problems with the office staff at the time, maintenence was fairly prompt, and there is plenty of parking.
